2018 Pinot Gris

Made in a complex Alsatian style, this wine exhibits lifted aromas of stone fruit, pear and delicate citrus. Silky soft in the texture with a crisp palate. The fruit was hand-picked, pressed in whole bunches, and transferred to stainless steel tanks. The wine was settled and matured in foudre on gross lees prior to bottling.
